Harbour Heights survey

A planning application has gone in for 400 new homes, including affordable housing, and employment space at Harbour Heights.

The site, which lies to the north of Court Farm Road, had been identified for development in the adopted Lewes Core Strategy and unfortunately the District council and your district councillors have failed to take this site out of the Lewes Local Plan over the last ten years since the core strategy was agreed meaning the site is still allocated for housing.

I am keen to hear residents views so I can support you as the application goes forward . Let me know your thoughts.
